I stopped by Decann’s unnanounced to have them look at my bumper, which had been repaired at a body shop, and was now missing a bolt. Not only did they fix it better than the body shop had, but they washed the car! – Marlenel
To this day, we are glad the ToyShop in Shingle Springs referred us to Decann’s for our Mercedes. Prior to Decann’s, we used a couple of places in El Dorado Hills but became dissatisfied.
At Decann’s, we trust their analysis and workmanship. Also, the front office is very personable and knowledgable. We are reminded by email when it is time for service and the car is washed before being returned to us which I really appreciate.
